Focused Workshop on The log-Brunn-Minkowski conjecture: State of the art and ramifications

07/20/2026 - 07/24/2026
Rényi Institute, Erdős Center

Description

The logarithmic Brunn-Minkowski conjecture is a fascinating open problem on the borderline of convex geometry, differential geometry and non-linear PDE's. It is asking about a strengthening of the Brunn-Minkowski inequality on the class of symmetric convex bodies. The question is closely related to several open problems in geometry and probability.
